they released a vox teaser where soldiers complain about their weapons giving them headaches and needing some tablets, hinting at radiations. The weapons which give radiations are the mechanicus ones, so much so it even erodes the skiitaris twinks. Meaning it could be a radium weapons teaser but the CM quickly debunked with the legendary "it's the good ol' plasma gun" (plasma guns never ever emitted radiation). The fuckup was probably the result of the weapon team working on some shit, giving up but not noticing the marketing department.
