Leave it alone.
>Sniper Mode
Bring back manual toggle but let it still be affected by taunt mechanics (Tricera, Hurricane shields, etc.)
>Claw Drone
Biggest offender. Add a half second charge (with visuals) that you can't shoot during. Have the refund only be for untargetables. Perfect dodging or Pinaka shield means too bad it's gone.
>Air Boost
Reduce the regen in the air by 50%
>Recon Kit
Leave it alone, but no longer let it effect claw drone's range.
