Almost every single big corporation has been unironically irreversibly corrupted, like a shitty wow plot corps are corrupt by default, I know, but they're made worse . They're all getting dei investors buying up shares or going to them themselves for the money, but there's always a cost to these things and its the company itself. The future seems like you're going to need to never have a publicly traded company cause you either get chinese investment firms actively sabotaging your games to buy you off or replace you with chinese companies, or blackrock style firms who are doing it to spread a message, either of which ends up alienating most of your customer base and destroying your company. Then theres the massive turn-over rate that has them all losing their talented devs for jeet devs and kids straight out of college weaned on UE5 instead of actually learning to code and filled with dei talking points from university and the entire shit is fucked.
