Horizon: Forbidden West is the showcase for amazing graphics while still being hideous. Everything is garish and oversaturated, and the character designs fall on their face. The Far Zenith designs are the icing on the cake. I also noticed (and this applies to Killzone looking back) the NPCs have gross proportions; it looks like everyone is 5 feet tall, with awkward, bulky clothing that makes them feel even shorter.
