Why, it does not? Governments shouldn't touch anything, penalty is markets being fucked with alternative smaller competitors being forced to provide 5 years services rising costs of entry, and more corporate lobbying inside the state so they make laws for themselves.

I've been more than clear, i do not bail out bankers with public money but i also do not protect anyone else, customers must move on and let corpos crash and burn if they are despotic.
