I don't think there's any long Ran romance fics on AO3. I saw one fic that was Ran/a male character, but it was in french and pretty short. I think there's a doujin series that focuses on Ran and a male character, but I know nothing about it and I don't think it's translated anyway.
In fact, although there are a couple other long fics with a 2hu/male character romance plot, barely any are finished, and a few of them are old THP fics that seem to just go on without ending. Yamame's kind of unique on that front for having two long stories that actually did wrap up eventually.
