This is why i have and never will never buy anything with mortgages or loans, not even credit card, except ultra emergency stuff. Game dev's business strategy is literally "making a high risk investment product" everytime you devving. Its not smart to buy things when you don't have the guarantee to have the money in the future, in this kind of business.
