This and also, I really cannot overstate how it completely killed the WEG genre. 99% of all WEG now develop like this. They have a single update for a whole year whilst making thousands upon thousands a month. Some particularly ahead of the curve ones are literally removing content (to remake it, of course) and calling it updates.
If this shit infects modding, I really cannot make it clear enough to you how fucked modding is.
