Taking an adventure around Baan Malur with my Dragonborn concealing their identity, they're slowly making their way back to Skyrim but wish to remain anonymous - this ship dropped them off at Baan Malur to begin new adventures.

Not using shouts, super powerful gear and using a few addons the mod has attracted. Could use probably a few more generic NPCs and a main quest to get involved with (if there is, I haven't found it), but is always nice to be in Morrowind.

A modder taking too long to finish their project is a sign of a scam. Baan Malur is NOT a DLC. It is just a tiny city mod all of which was already designed in the first month of the release. It doesn't take this long to add a few quest and interactions. A skilled dev like the Beyond Reach guy would have it done in 3 weeks. Is it a scam per se, no but it's definitely in the abandonware watchlist.

BnP is the only skin mod with RSV support. You can make it so that each race has customized skin. That gives it a huge advantage. Only downside is that the faces are slighly ugly so it's a trade off. aight i basically got the body sorted, I sacrificed SMP hair because it was being uncooperative during the nif editing process, but digitigrade paws and SMP tail both work great. I just need to figure out why she cant put armor on, and then set up her class.

I think the only requirements so far are SKYUI and FSMP, and the former only because it's a requirement of the latter. Skeleton baker was very helpful but not 100% perfect and I had to troubleshoot her legs for a while. overall I would never recommend being as stubborn about this as I am, I could have easily settled for a much less intricate follower mod of her. Hopefully I finish this today

basically you can set the follower's plug in to use any outfits that are in the base game, but if you want them to have a particular outfit with specific body meshes then it's best to pack the outfit's meshes with the follower and make it also standalone in the plugin, or I guess OBody is an option as well, but either way it's nice to include the follower's bodyslide preset to assist anyone that uses the follower

if you're lucky yeah. unfortunately I tried the gloves and they aren't so lucky so we've gotta go a step deeper. first you'll want to copy the armor addon for the gloves to sticc. then go up to the skyrim.esm and add any piece of armor. doesn't matter which since you're gutting it here. once you've got those two in your follower esp you'll need to match the armor you want to the piece you copied from the skyrim.esm. it's just drag and drop from the left to the right side in this pic (or edit the numbers/keywords as you like) except for the armor addon. you can't copy that one without making the gloves main mod a master so use the armor addon you stole. it's the same shit, don't know why you have to do it this way.

Stay the fuck away from USMP, it adds a bunch of things that aren't tweaks and no one patches for it like they do USSEP. Most of them are script related, just download the script mods.

Book Em is fine, I use it as a Learning is Good replacer (skill rate boost for books instead of skill levels, because I have level caps) and slower spell learning. I still use Unread Books Glow instead of BE's glow because it sucks. The spell learning is pretty basic but does what I want and without manual effort. I had to disable the skill books taking time because it doesn't play nice with Skyrim Souls.

Most of the mod is jerking off Ja'zel, and Apparently he comes back even after you kill him and you have to duel him again Vicn even added ESO lore and made a version of Torvesard that appears when you go to sleep, basically telling you to listen to Ja'zel Also the fact Vicn made a whole scene when you try to kill Ja'zel early and the scene has different dialogue each time is crazy. I disagree. Most of the quest you are trying to steal or get something. Being in the thieves guild is not just about taking, it's about getting your hands on valuable stuff which includes stuff from dungeons. The stealth system is broken so by extension that makes the steal system broken, so I'm glad they didn't build the quest around stealing. Your player turns invisible when you crouch if your level is high enough. That is broken as shit.

But at least the way they did it the missions felt like they were related to the Thieves Guild. The missions consisted of you breaking into places and stealing stuff for the most part. A colllege student has no business going into dangerous locations to retrieve stuff by himself.

That's kind of the deal when the game has actually nothing to do in it other than combat and talking.

Imagine if thief stuff actually had depth. Realtime lockpicking, usable windows, a physical inventory system, an actually punishing prison system, ways to stop people from calling the guards, some kind of rhythm-based sneaking system for sound muffling...

But it just doesn't work because then you run into deeper issues like the economy being completely fucked, even with survival mods, you barely spend like 5% of your average dungeon run, let alone a thief who decides to rob a couple of houses one evening.

-Is being dragonborn in the sense of being from the imperial lineage the same as being dragonborn as it is for the protagonist of Skyrim? In other words, if given the chance, could Uriel Septim have consumed a dragon soul? Or is it two different names for the same thing?

-Is it theoretically possible to gain the power of a dragonborn through magical/daedric intervention?

I ask these because it gives me an answer as to just how dragonborn are selected/made. I want to play an elf without entirely avoiding the main quest, but it's never made sense to me before with how steeped Dragonborn is always portrayed to be in man-isms and almost divorced from mer.

If Akatosh and Auri-El are still essentially the same, that's one in. Furthermore, if the so-called "dragon blooded emperors" were able to slurp up dragon souls, any number of people could have some distant relation to them and there are documented cases of elven emperors of that bloodline. The third question relates to whether it might be possible for a dragonborn that Akatosh/Auri-El didn't explicitly choose to appear; basically asking how firm of a grip he has on the dragon souls.

My headcanon is that Auri-El was a pissmer who mantled akatosh by battling lorkhan since his followers saw him ascending.

Not likely. The meaning of what dragonborn implies diverged when real dragonborns stopped existing. For everyone alive Dragonborn might as well mean someone of royal Septim bloodline who can wear the amulet of kings.
