Fucking why
Like yeah my 5090 reports 70 degrees at full load but the hotspot temp is ideal for diagnosing any problems, I literally had an issue with changing the pads on another gpu that caused the heatsink to be bent ever so slightly which caused extremely elevated hotspot temps, no longer diagnosable on the 50 series. Who is the retard making decisions there??
