you're completely wrong and you have no idea what you're talking about, retard. i worked retail and fast food when i was a teenager. the managers (general manager and assistant GM) are universally on salary with no overtime. they work a lot of hours because there is typically only 1 GM per store, and if the assistant GM and/or shift managers aren't complete retards they might be expected to run the show while the GM works slave hours covering other stores in the immediate area.
