Nta and Queen was the worst arc thus far. I can agree Cyan should be less than 8, but Queen's is undoubtedly worse.
For instance, how will Queen change the system once she herself becomes X? Sure, she inspired some girls with her speech, but did she do anything physically to actually change it, or was it done by other women like Bowa?
You could argue that her character development wasn't the point of her named arc, but then, what was the purpose? If the arc was for worldbuilding, then they squandered that opportunity because of Bowa. Bowa isn't a unique obstacle either, we know she got corrupted by Fear, but so did Luo. They didn't even explain anything we already didn't know about Fear from the previous arcs. I guess it was to show Queen being from a wealthy family and others being jealous? But that's underwhelming.
And unlike other arcs, she didn't have a satisfying conclusion to her. Lin Ling is now true to himself and became the everyday voice known as the Commoner, Yang Cheng "avenged" Shang's death at the cost of his humanity, Cyan saved district 70 and proved that she can be a hero. What did Queen conclude on? The thing that we knew from the get-go, which is desperation for the X title? Again, we already knew that from the trailer. There isn't really a conclusion to be made for her.
