I scan them with a basic home printer, I put them back upright and remove what doesn't have the cover via the basic photo viewer of Windows 10 and I insert them on an OpenOffice/LibreOffice page, it's practical because you can change the size in cm and mm
I did the same thing for SNES game boxes (I found full versions scanned on Pinterest, I just had to print them and fold them like the real ones) PS2, GBA, DS, Gamecube boxes... for that I printed the covers and small squares/rectangles with my 3D printer, for the size I just did actual size divided by 12
For the Gunpla boxes I found some models with all the sides scanned and I just shaped them via Paint so I only had to fold them
