Are they finally going to give this skill a pass or is it just stuck in mid-tier hell? The windup is too long to reliably hit anyone, even if the damage is good. If building stun on Rolf was more viable it'd be a great piece of kit but the devs keep nerfing all his options. Do they live in a cave????
