It’s not impossible, you just haven’t started yet. This might sound a bit random, but I hope it helps, last December, I had surgery on my main hand that caused PIN palsy. So, in February, I started teaching my non-dominant hand to draw, and it’s actually been going pretty well.

You’re just getting overwhelmed by the whole “art process” idea. Don’t stress about being perfect or chasing perfection before you even get the hang of drawing. It takes patience, and you’ve got to let yourself make mistakes to really grow as an artist.
Start with drawing whatever you like and copying refs so that you will find it easier to learn fundamentals as you progress
