I've been doompauling this franchise stuck in gacha hell for 10 years which is longer than you've been on the website. it would be a miracle of the movie wasn't shit and the last thing on my mind is if theres boyfriends in it. Look at this image closely and then look at any of the movie screenshots. look at it next to ANY close ups of faces in the older show. The movie already looks like hot garbage character wise and it looks like they are fundamentally leaning on inucurry to hard carry the aesthetic of the film. And thats before I even talk about the writing blackhole this series has hit. but what would you know?! You walked right up to the fucking gacha trough and slurped up the slop right away.
