You're confusing me with another anon that replied to you. I never said it was only "freshly pubescent". Loli is a broad range for a body type that is basically just young, flat, and short. It's a gray area on where exactly the cutoff is but I would say Pleinair looks young enough even in D1 to fit that bill. His art style changed over time but if you look at all of his art of her collectively, it's extremely clear that she was always meant to be a loli.
