I'm 37 and tried to revive my gaming hobby by building a PC and buying a switch 2. Looking at even buying a 5090.

There's nothing you can do. You've grown too old for it. You need new hobbies. I ski and now have an expensive car hobby and do autocross. Track days next year probably.
