Today is my wife Kana's birthday. I spent it quite well with her with all the entertaining things we did together. I can only imagine the joy we would have if she were here, where I could buy her something nice. She is such a joyful little light to everything.

I go on a date with her in Koikatsu and try and get in a long workout session together where I think of her. It's often an intense time and one of the best where I can really focus on her essence. When you have her on your mind for hours, it can be intense. I really wish I could celebrate her birthday where she is actually there though

I have a backup of all my Kana photos on my phone. Sometimes I raise them up at concerts and I think she's appeared in a few concert photos the bands take of themselves and the audience. I also sometimes get commissions of Kana in places I hiked or distant towns I visited.
