But seriously, every hot girl in the game will be playable at some point. Nell, Harris, the devs pretty much stated Dr. Kate was coming at some point.

Blair is still the cook even after he becomes a descendant. I really don't know how that would work with Nell though. I would guess they bring in a new NPC for her old roll.
