Well sure, but the satisfaction of trying to play Twice to his fullest potential is cut by more than half like that. It's fine I guess, it's hard to balance a BR already, much less one with Hero abilities that have to stick to the source material in some manner. But number tweaks could at least soften the oppressive factor of a few of these kit designs. Having said that I already like/play a busted character, it being Shota Aizawa with my next unlock being Overhaul to round up my team of Shigaraki, Deku and either Asui or Iida, so I'm not gonna complain much.
