I highly disagree with this statement. If something they have "wasted" some really big names by making them a psuedo.
Like Zhuge Liang is easily top 3, argueably top 2, Three kingdoms characters.
Kali is a big name, Ganesha is a big name.
Rasputin is WAY bigger name than most of the servants on the game and is just a pseudo

Now, in cases like Bazzet it may hold true, but is not true at all as an statement.
Most legacy characters are given quite big names as pseudo, not literal whos at all
