I mean, they have their own alternate dimension empire that is completely unassailable where multiple world and even suns are kept captive
But yeah, it is a shame they don't hold any regions of Realspace as kind of an evil empire to threaten the sovereignty of the Imperium over the fringes of the galaxy.
