It is not capable of targeting moving objects. The manueverability is extremely poor and the engine is just strong enough to keep it airborne.

There is a reason these are used to terror bomb civilian infrastructure and not in tactical parallel with action on the frontline.

Maybe someday they'll build up to that, but they're not there yet.
