I was watching a thing this morning about private equity in the USA closing hospitals for money, they use the same bullshit they use in other companies.
>acquire company
>take out huge loans in the name of the company
>sell all the company's shit
>"oh no ah geez dude the company went bankrupt!"
>keep money + profit
See, if you or I open a company, take out loans then keep the money personally we go to prison, but if you do this kind of bullshit you don't. So the system is rewarding rent seeking instead of creating actual value.
Now this shitty corporate culture is going all across the western world.
