Ofcom are demanding compliance with the online safety bill but compliance requires money for lawyers to comply with a 3000 page regulation document and if 4chan doesn't comply the fine will be £18million a year or 10% of the value of the website whichever is more.
Because these demands are unreasonable from Friday the UK will be range banned from 4chan.
