I do what >>95820783 does with the the addition that the races need to physically be two steps away from being a human to justify their inclusion. It's partly why I have goblinoids as playable races but not elves (except dark elves), dwarves, or halflings. I also need to probably cut back on the anthro races but they're so easy to add.
