Played slow. That's it. It's the greatest sin of them all. It means they don't respect you and have no problem wasting your time. People build decks that take 10 minutes to do absolutely nothing. "Oh, I fetch a land and draw a card and then I go through my library two times because I'm not sure what to tutor"
