If he acts on impulse, then he really CAN'T be admirable because it's not a conscious action! How can it be that what he does is admirable if it's not even he who's doing it? It's not his strong will doing the work! He's not pushing himself to do something that's unnatural, or pushing himself to do something when every fiber of his body screams for him to run away or do the opposite (Like a real virtuous hero like Tails would). It's all his brain chemicals!
hahaha! You just made an even worse case for Sonic, bro.
And this, again, goes against what you said about "He could run away, but he run towards danger!". How could he run away if it's in his nature for him to not do that? He'd have to actively go against his nature to run away!
Yet again, this is windfags wanting Sonic to be cool and virtuous at the same time. They want him to "Running into danger on impulse, not even think about running away" like a cool guy while also going "He could run away, but he doesn't" like a virtuous hero.
Windfags want the best of both worlds and it's fucking insane. It really is the ideology of convenience. Picking the most convenient path is what Sonic does.
