All those diasporas you listed are like 90+ year old communities (minus the Russians, who are mostly 1990s Jews from after the Soviet Union collapsed). America in 1910 was the best in the world yeah, but that's the past, you're a Has Been resting on his dusty laurels. In the present, nobody in the good part of Europe wants to downgrade their quality of life by moving to a country with higher crime rates, lower life expectancy, poorer food quality and regulations, no worker rights, etc. there's simply no reason or benefit for a Norwegian or a German to move to the US today in 2025.
