You can raid oil rigs and endangered pal sanctuaries so technically you are an eco terrorist but only on your own, you can't joint the free pal alliance fags, yet. Assuming many of the bosses will hsve expanded quests and further interactions because having such unique models only to be used for a tower fight seems quite silly.
