It has no fandom, it is essentially a dead franchise in Japan which is always the market that matters the most
Sales of BD, manga, merch amount of colabs were all terrible, it's making next to no money from these and that's how they hope to make the production costs back so obviously the production company lost a shit ton of money.
If this any other anime there is no way it would get another season.
