It's absolute garbage for a variety of reasons including it not actually being able to parry flurry attacks of any kind, being subject to not working due to animation issues, and needing specific builds to be viable whatsoever in the first place. And, of course, it's useless against all the ranged and casting opponents you fight. Just ignore it.
