Do you train flexibility?
I wanna start martial arts again, but I can barely kick like, above the height of my knee
So I thought I'd first get a bit more flexible and I am making literally zero fucking progress on stretching. Like I'm made out of stone
When I look at somebody like Andy Hug, kicking people from above their head, I think, do you have to be alien or mutant to get to that point?
