>"I just want x, I don't want to deal with car dealership nonsense"
Okay anon, that is perfectly understandable. A lot of people feel that way. You can go online to the manufacturers website and order one and pay sticker.
>"well no, like, I don't want to pay sticker. I just want x and then y, for you to answer my questions z, a, b and also c"
Okay anon, well as you may be aware, I receive no hourly wage or salary. I am only paid by the dealership in the sense that we profit share when I sell cars. Time is money for me in a way it is not at your clock in clock out job. This is also the way my bosses (who feel the same way) are paid.
In order for me to commit my time to addressing your needs (and not other customers), I want some basic proof that you're actually a customer and not just some bored window-shopping faggot here to waste my time on your day off, little things like giving me your phone number and email.
If you're actually buying a car at some point in the future (NOT TODAY!), this should be something you want to do. You would presumably want to negotiate with someone once you have seen all the cars you are considering, no?
>"No, I'll just come back."
I understand that might be what works for you anon, but if you come back on a day I'm not here or busty as is usually the case, I will not be compensated at all. Do you work for free? No? Then why should I?
Also I need to scan your license for insurance reasons before you can drive it.
>"NO! NO! I WONT DO IT I WONT! JUST GIVE ME NUMBERS THEN"
okay anon, 14, 45, 88, 298, 3.14 . you have your numbers, have a good rest of your day off.
