Given that Russian fuck ups have pushed Armenia and Azerbaijan - two nations who’s objective and been to kill the other - towards signing a peace agreement it would be incredibly funny if they both ended up joining NATO. Especially if former CSTO founding member Armenia was hosting a NATO base. Defo a bit if stretch right now but 20 years ago if someone suggested that Sweden (a nation that funded the Vietcong against the US) and Finland (a nation who ruling governments at least that believed that Russia was reformed enough post-cold war to not be a threat) would eventually join NATO they’d be laughed at and look at where we are now.
