P is a common shorthand in idol culture for "Producer", essentially a manager who finds venues for them, plans training etc. It's common to combine it with who or what they produce or work for, or other words that define their role (for example, the Producer is Idolmasters first anime produces the 765 group, so people call him 765P).

Miss Crane is extremely into idols and her event was about them and you acted as Producer for them. So she calls you MasP - Master + Producer.

Miss Crane's event story explains that she spent a long time with a Master/host in France that she cared for deeply but became ill and ultimately died. Said Master was a dressmaker and Crane wanted said dressmaker to have the legacy she felt she deserved, so she continued to work under that dressmakers name. The Mage's Association learned of them, and the seemingly magically imbued clothing being sold to the general public, and tracked Miss Crane down.

So Miss Crane speaks french because she lived there for a long time with someone she cared about deeply.

Bunyan is a Canadian legend and in fact, her legend specifically has a lot of basis in French-Canadian folklore specifically. She is effectively French-Canadian herself (Canada has a fairly significant french speaking population).
