Proper PVP would have to be something like grail front. Or in a classic battle everyone would need special resist to avoid everyone spamming NPs every turn. It wouldn't prevent stuff like the immortal teams from just being unkillable though. So limiting it to 1 servant of each class/rarity or a low cost could be a way to do it.
Auto-PVP would be setting up a team of 3 with a grand as the center, like a normal battle where players can score points against your team based on how well it performs against other players. Giving the enemy team 5-6 actions instead of the normal 3 would make it more like pvp and make some cheese strats less effective.
