you ought to kick it up a notch. this site is good, its kinda "mexican for surfers." everything in this recipe is dry/canned except the plum tomatoes, but a can of whole peeled cooked in a pan for a bit should do. as for the cottage cheese its probably tasty enough on top, or you could stir it in to make a sorta cream of bean. im not sure if that would be good but im not sure why youre using cottage cheese in the first place really. also youll need a blender to make it a properly smooth soup but itll taste good even with just chopped ingredients.
