I like the maps and they hate of them is overblown, but they are confusing objectively and you can't scroll off that map section to see where it connects to. The farm stuff isn't a big issue in later titles, especially Lost Evolution, but the maps remain confusing. This is a really early map minus the circuit board at the top left.
