Afternoon /biz/tards. Can someone please help me decide between two offers I received recently. Struggling to decide.

>AVP Quant Risk @ huge global investment bank
>70k
>3 days in office
9am-5:30pm

>Pricing Analyst @ mid-tier trading firm
>100k + avg. 20-40k bonus
>Fully on-site
>6:30am-5pm

I feel like short-term trading firm might be the better option, but long-term career prospects probably better with the investment bank.

Please note this is in Europoor currency so I know the salaries are laughable.
