I found this on AliExpress. Has anyone ever used one of these before?

I have a chronic foreign object sensation on the left side of my neck, which I believe is due to my scoliosis making one side's muscles dominant.
Pic related looks extremely satisfying, and I hope it could stretch the tight muscles, relieving the tension and improving my posture with time.
