The fact that I can double click the Desktop Icon and 1 minute later I'm already inside the game, that alone makes it worth it.
Also the news page loads up immediately so I don't have to keep clicking for several seconds before the UI starts working again. I've been told by some people that they quit because the UI was irresponsive.
