I've been testing it setting up the binds and everything and I get the feeling that I'd build a lot of bad habits playing with this. And I feel like jumping from 4 br to 11 is a world of difference, I don't wanna miss the experience of learning things as I go. This sale seems pretty good though. This plane and 2500 golden eagles seems like a steal.

So your justification is an anecdote? I mean, it seems like it depends a lot. On paper realistic gives me points but if I fly for 5 minutes, get one kill then get shut down right after I'm just wasting my time in the grand scheme of things. At least for me right now I feel like Arcade is a lot more worth it, I can die early then respawn in and get like 10 kills with a different plane and win the game while in Realistic I'd be back in the hangar.
