What I fucking hate the most about him is that Batkeks is the peak of that retarded "Batman never kills because he wouldn't know when to stop" idea that writers came up with to wank batman even more.
Batman is supposed to be scary on The outside but full of compassion for the weak and innocent on the inside.
His "no Killing" rule comes from the fact that his core wound involves the killing of his parents, of course the hero who's traumatized with an act of senseless violence that took the lives of his parents would want to avoid senseless violence that takes the lives of others, it gives him a vulnerable and relatable side.
By taking that away and giving batman some kind of inner edgelord killing urge you just make him into an actual danger and a fucking psychopath
