The face and its features are small enough that foreshortening isn't very noticeable, they tend to look uniform. What really changes is the perceived curvature of the face and eyes. When you see "smaller" eyes, it's not that they're actually smaller, but that the curvature of the eye reveals less of them. Overlapping is what you should focus on: the nose, cheeks, lips, eyes... anything rounded will overlap and be partially hidden depending on the angle. That's the kind of perspective you'll notice.
Study Dana Gibson. You should also notice that you don't need to draw all angles... with just 3/4, straight-on, from below and above will take you a long way.

nta, but the lack of overlapping and change in angle at the wrist is what makes it look stiff to me. you have pretty lines
