If we're gonna lean into colonization a bit more, I think a double shot med pen shotgun or a single shot heavy pen rifle might fit a little better. Throwable axes like tomahawks would also be a cool secondary and as for the support weapon, maybe a compound bow instead of a gl, since we already have a crossbow. These are off the top of my head so I know there could be some more improvements.
