I know what that word means, so I had a bad feeling going into this story... It was sad, as expected, but beautifully written. It's good that you provided details about Sneasel's past, including her fears about not being pious enough, helping readers empathize with her and understand her character better. I also like how you portrayed Typhlosion's personality as kind and supportive despite his nervousness and uncertainty about this whole process. The description of his fire was also cool. I enjoyed their talk at the end regarding what it means to live a good life. There were some parts that possibly could've been conveyed more clearly, and there were various typos as well, but this was a very nice story overall.

In my writing, I assume meat can be ethically obtained from Pokemon with regenerating body parts, like Veluza, Slowpoke, or Clauncher. I've even written about Sneasel eating such food before, if I remember correctly.
And like another anon mentioned here >>58009346, I once wrote that some dungeon Pokemon don't vanish when they're destroyed, and can be harvested for meat and other resources. The dungeons in Sneasel's homeland work like this for a mysterious reason. I'd like to write stories taking place there someday, and if I do, I'll incorporate that idea. I'm not sure if anyone else has featured this concept in their stories yet.
