Yeah typical Blizzard balancing, create a FotM class, never adjust it to just be good rather than broken, then suddenly dumpster it entirely causing people to reroll to whatever the new FotM is. It's obviously deliberate, it keeps people "engaged" since they have to reroll and grind out a new class if they want to stay on top. Abusive and manipulative shit to pull on your userbase, but then again, anyone still playing WoW in 2025 deserves to eat shit so whatever.
