They could have added these characters to Infinite World I guess, but they didn't, so whatever. Some of them were in Infinite World, like GT Goku, Pan, Pikkon and Super 17. Why it didn't have the others like Chaozu, 19, Dragon Twins, Arale etc., I dunno. The exclusivity gets you to go out and play it.
